Avioincar was founded in 1998 as a small manufacturer of stainless steel equipment for the food industry.

Our work consists of the study and development of equipment that meet the needs of the client.

It first years of activity, our production was concentrated on hams in the area of Parma / Modena, beef in the region of Lombardy and Emilia Romaglia.

In 2003 we began the production of nylon hooks for meat and sausages. It is hooks for foodstuffs, with long lasting durability which holds loads up to 70 kg, which allows us to significantly lower the cost of the "classic" stainless steel hooks.

Since 2004, we have been working to expand in the Trentino Alto Adige area and are also expanding the range of products for curing pork. At the same time, we began the production of a new line of stainless steel equipment for dairy and delicacies.

Since 2008, we have increased our presence in the field of ageing cheese and produce new models of pallets with wooden planks and boards with perforated polypropylene.

Recently we brought our experience to the field of stainless steel shelving, and polypropylene shelves for use in cold rooms.
