Description
Suitable for forming various pressed and Sopressata meats with stainless steel 304 side opening.
HOW TO USE
The stainless steel cage is opened and the fresh sack filled meat with diameter between 60 and 90 mm is inserted inside.
The cage is then closed, locking it with a safety rod and a stainless steel hanging chain.
After curing, the cured meats will have a pressed, flattened shape.
