Description

Suitable for ageing soft cheeses (round hole boards) or hard/semi-hard cheeses (boards with rectangular holes as in the photo).
Stainless steel support nylon wheels, stainless steel roller cage
Stainless steel trolley with perforated polypropylene boards

Stainless steel 304 pallet or trolley with tubular structure complete with perforated polypropylene boards with 5 mm holes for soft cheeses and/or with rectangular 50 x 10 hole for ageing semi-hard and hard cheeses.

Certified non-toxic polypropylene boards

HOW TO USE

The trolley is loaded with various dairy products: hard cheeses, soft cheeses, and semi-hard cheeses.
The product is aged in the drying room, the resting cell, the curing room, inserting the trolleys in each of them.
Round hole boards can be used for semi-hard and soft cheeses. Rectangular hole boards can be used for semi-hard or hard cheeses.
